These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RiskDown Cyber platform, websites, and services ("Service"), operated by RiskDown Cyber ("RiskDown," "we," "us"). By creating an account, attesting to these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RiskDown provides continuous cyber-evidence tooling: external scanning of assets you own, verification of security controls through integrations you authorize, security posture grading, and reporting. RiskDown is an evidence and assessment platform. It is not a managed security service, an incident-response provider, an insurer, or a guarantor of security outcomes.
You may only direct RiskDown to scan domains, IP addresses, systems, and accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to authorize all scanning you configure. You are solely responsible for any targets you enter. RiskDown is not liable for scanning of assets you were not authorized to assess.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Multi-factor authentication is required. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scanning assets you don't control; attempting to access other customers' data; reverse-engineering the platform; reselling the Service without authorization; or using it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant RiskDown the rights necessary to operate the Service, including processing scan results, integration data, and attestations to generate your grade and reports. We do not sell your data.
When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Microsoft, Google), you authorize RiskDown to access the data needed to verify your controls, under the scopes you grant. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms. You may revoke access at any time.
The Service helps you assess and evidence your security posture. It does not prevent, detect at runtime, or remediate attacks, and does not guarantee that you will pass any audit, qualify for any insurance, or avoid any breach. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiskDown's total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. RiskDown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including breaches, losses, or denied insurance claims.
We may modify these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
